Ingredients: Organic Assam Black Tea, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Cardamom, Organic Cloves, Organic Black Pepper, Orgainic Star Anise, Calendula Petals, Cardamom essential oil, Cassia essential oil.
Cup: Pour 8 oz of 195°F water over 1 tsp. of tea (2-3 grams). Steep 4-6 minutes. Add 2 oz of hot milk (or dairy substitute), and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
Stovetop: Mix 2 tbsp chai (6 grams), 1 cup milk and 1 cup water in a pan. Bring to a slight boil then reduce the heat and simmer 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, sweetener or honey to taste. Strain and serve.
