When we evaluated this coffee we were buzzing from the first sniff to the final sip. This is a stunning coffee and we instantly knew we had to bring some in to share with you.

We didn't bring a lot of this coffee in to roast, this is not one to miss.

Blind Assessment
Vibrant, deeply fruit-forward. Blackberry, pineapple, cocoa nib, orange blossom and fresh sugarcane in aroma and cup. Juicy, sparkling acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is exceptionally long and resonant, with notes of tropical fruit, cocoa nib and citrus flowers.
